Rugby Workshops is a specialist advice line offering written and practical help for players and coaches. All the key areas of the game are covered; conditioning and fitness, understanding the game, practical coaching, as well as off-season and pre-season programmes. Each area is broken down into easily understood work topics which you can download each month. All the downloads are available in English and Italian.

We believe it is important to develop you attitude and thinking about the game - to become a player or coach who has a style, is creative and appreciates the importance of planning and working within a development framework.

Membership of Rugby Workshops provides access to a comprehensive and unique range of products and services, specifically developed for clubs and coaches who want to improve team performances, develop better players and make training sessions and coaching more targeted, enjoyable and effective.

With content provided by recognized coaches and former international players, we are able to deliver leading-edge methods and thinking backed up with practical experience and knowledge, all available first hand via the members' section of our website.

Individual membership costs £35 p.a. but Club memberships are fixed at only £150 p.a. and provides access, via pass codes for all the club's registered coaches. This allows coaches to view over 500 session plans and drills, to review what the leading clubs are doing and to seek assistance from our consultant coaches when developing bespoke solutions for training and coaching issues in their own teams.
